If you’re feeling adventurous, try the Honeycomb Tripe in Black Pepper Sauce or the Dace Fish Balls with Seasonal Vegetables.

The Chinese Sponge Cake was another standout, with its light and fluffy texture that melted in my mouth. The Steamed Bun was also great, with its soft and chewy texture that paired well with the savory filling. For something with a bit of kick, the Steamed Chicken and Ginger Bun was a perfect choice, with its tender chicken and spicy ginger filling. And if you have a sweet tooth, then the Steamed Creamy Custard Bun is a must-try, with its rich and creamy custard filling that was simply heavenly. All of these dishes were reasonably priced, with the most expensive being the Steamed Bun at HK$ 35.
